In our confortable dining-room, under a traditional roof made of plaster and cane, our guests can sample a carefully prepared cusine, dishes that capture the traditional regional flavours and which are based entirely on Sicilian products ( PDO cheeses, Protected Designation of Origin, Val di Noto oil, cured meats and meat from local farms), all of wich undergo rigorous quality controls, with particular attention paid to seasonal products and organic farming. |
