	---- Immersed in the Iblean countryside, rich with olive and carob trees and Mediterranean plants, Masseria degli Ulivi is welcoming structure, carved from an antique country home of the late 1800's.
----Surrounding the baglio, (the typical, internal courtyard of the rural Iblean architecture), common areas have been inserted: restaurant, bar-cafè, reception, lounge and cantina, characterized by the warmth of the traditional local materials, dark wood for the ceiling beams and handmade Sicilian cotto to the floor tiles.
	----The rooms, these also with wood ceilings and cotto floors, equipped with air-conditioning and heating and private baths with shower, are furnished with simple but refined taste, and situated separately, in order to guarantee maximum privacy and quiet.
----In the restaurant of Masseria degli Ulivi is possible to enjoy a cuisine attentive to preservation of dishes and flavours of the regional tradition, based on the use of rigorously selected local and seasonal products of high quality.
